Meher Mehta (16yrs) won Third Prize at yesterday’s Sydney Eisteddfod in the Contemporary Vocal section no 65, Country Singer (16yrs+).
AM4U Singing Studio is thrilled about this result and sends congratulations to Meher who worked hard for this singing competition. Meher has started her lessons with AM4U about 2 ½ years ago and has since then developed into a diligent and focused solo singer. Meher had a change of mind when it came to her song choice at the Eisteddfod and decided to sing the song American Honey by the country music group Lady Antebellum. We encourage our performing students to be in charge for their own song choices at important events. Self-sufficiency is one of our main goals in producing smart singers and pianists. Meher has shown that she can make independent decisions and create great moments on stage. Fantastic job Meher!
